Armstrong Scaffolding has been working across Kent, Sevenoaks, South London and the South East for over 20 years. We started small, putting up scaffolds for local builders and homeowners, and we've grown into one of the region's trusted scaffolding contractors handling everything from single-plot domestic jobs through to multi-phase new build developments, commercial refurbishments and specialist structures.
The work has changed over the years. Bigger sites, more complex designs, tighter compliance. But the way we run a job hasn't. We still turn up when we say we will. We still leave every site tidier than we found it. And we still treat a domestic extension with the same care as a multi-million pound new build programme. Method Statements & Risk Assessments
Every job is issued with a full method statement and risk assessment before any scaffolder sets foot on site. Your H&S file is sorted from day one, your principal contractor has what they need for CDM compliance, and your site stays audit-ready.
CAD Drawings on Every Contract
We issue CAD drawings as standard with every scaffold we design. You'll know exactly what's going up, where the standards land, where the ties go and how the structure sits against your building before we mobilise.
Full Design & Calculations Service
For anything non-standard like bridging, cantilevered lifts, heavy loading, complex temporary roofs, or structures that fall outside TG20:21, we provide a full design and calculations service signed off by qualified scaffold design engineers.
Weekly Inspection & Reporting
On longer contracts we run weekly scaffold inspections with full written reports. Every check is logged, every handover is documented, and you've got a paper trail that protects you if anything is ever queried.
Lifting Equipment for Every Job Size
We supply the full range of lifting equipment. Manual gin wheel and fall rope systems for smaller jobs, through to 3 tonne electric hoist systems for heavy-duty new build and industrial contracts.
We come out, look at the job properly, and send you a CAD drawing and a fixed quote, not a rough number.
